In Biel/Bienne, Armin Strom built its 18th movement around two balance wheels that beat as one, and gave it a second time zone for travel.
Armin Strom today introduces the Dual Time GMT Resonance Manufacture Edition Black, limited to 50 pieces and the latest addition to its signature Resonance collection.

The design is monochrome: black grenage dials, black azurage chapter rings, and hand-decorated movement parts left in view. Each of the two displays keeps its own time zone and its own day/night indicator; because the hour and minute hands adjust independently, a zone that differs from GMT by a fractional hour can be set. The steel case is 39mm across, on a glossy taupe alligator strap.
Inside, the manual-winding calibre ARF22 links its two independent regulating systems with a patented clutch, so their vibrations synchronise and regulate each other. The clutch keeps the resonance stable, the brand says, even against everyday shocks.
βAt Armin Strom, we believe every tiny gear deserves to be seen,β the brand says.
It is a watch that puts its own correction on display, in the open, with every glance.
