We have a no refund policy on Limited Editions and International orders and will not issue a refund for the products purchased.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, our policies are in place to protect customers and reduce risk of damage during shipping to ensure the highest quality, standards, and values that our company believes in.
All prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, manufacturer price increases or currency exchange rate fluctuations.
We have a no cash refund policy for all products purchased. We are happy to offer a store credit on selected items and subject to our complete discretion.
In case of an accepted returned item, we are happy to offer you a hassle-free return policy. Please make sure that the product you purchased is in its original packaging and unused, the item has to be sent back to us within 7 calendar days from the date mentioned on the receipt.
PRODUCTS WE CAN'T REFUND OR REPLACE We do not offer replacements or refunds on undamaged, used products, items that are not in their original condition and packaging and/or items that were sold on sale. Please provide us with original order reference details to enable us to process the return (order number, product codes or descriptions).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
