Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using either international couriers such as Fedex and DHL.

If I am an international customer do I pay tax?
PRJKT8 is required to declare the retail value of the timepiece in the shipment. International shipments are subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country; any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can you help me find a new watch strap?

Yes! We're happy to help you find straps for your beloved watch! Please use the Contact form and let us know the brand and model of your watch, and we'll do our best to help you in finding a replacement.

Can I return an Item I'm unhappy with?
We have a no refund policy on Limited Editions and International orders and will not issue a refund for the products purchased.

In case of an accepted returned item, we are happy to offer you a hassle-free return policy.
