Chronoswiss introduces the Delphis Glacier
At the Chronoswiss Atelier Lucerne, the dial of the new Delphis Glacier is guilloché by hand, with textures inspired by glacial ice.
Chronoswiss today introduces the Delphis Glacier, limited to 50 pieces. The latest member of the Delphis family comes in a 42mm Grade 5 titanium case on a black rubber strap.

The upper dial carries the Delphis display: a jumping hour at 12 o’clock and a retrograde minute. Its silver galvanic crescent has a curved, hand-guilloché surface. Below it, a curved subdial the brand calls a UFO holds the small seconds, in blue CVD with hand guilloché.
Inside is the automatic manufacture calibre C.6004, with 37 jewels. Chronoswiss works its guilloché on two machines, the straight-line and the rose engine, and the brand says one of these complex dials takes several hours.
With no manuals for over two centuries, master guillocheurs have kept the craft alive through their knowledge of the machines themselves.
