Amr Sindi, the collector behind The Horophile, and Manuel Emch, CEO of Louis Erard, built this fourth Petite Seconde Metropolis on 16 years of friendship, this time in green.
Louis Erard and The Horophile today introduce the Petite Seconde Metropolis Green, the fourth in their Art Deco capsule collection. It comes in a compact 39mm steel case with the brand's signature LE crown, its only logo.

The dial's Art Deco numerals are open-worked like façade elements, set in a circle around a gadrooned centre that catches the light. Empire-style hands, modelled floor by floor on the Empire State Building, cross a green dial the brand says recalls steel towers rising over green ground. A single dot marks the small seconds, with no numerals of its own. Inside is the automatic Sellita SW261-1, its oscillating weight openworked and lacquered with the Louis Erard symbol.
Louis Erard calls the collaboration first and foremost a human adventure, the product of a friendship between Sindi and Emch that has lasted more than 16 years.
It is a watch built as much on that friendship as on its own good looks.
