MB&F introduces the Legacy Machine Sequential Flyback Platinum
When MB&F founder Maximilian Büsser raised a Legacy Machine Perpetual follow-up in 2016, Stephen McDonnell replied in four words: “I have an idea”.
MB&F today introduces the Legacy Machine Sequential Flyback Platinum, limited to 33 pieces. It builds on the LM Sequential EVO, the brand’s first chronograph, which won the GPHG “Aiguille d’Or” in 2022.

The addition is the flyback. Press the reset pusher of a running chronograph and it stops, resets and restarts in a single press. The watch has two chronographs, and a fifth pusher, the Twinverter at 9 o’clock, inverts the start/stop status of both.
This edition takes the more classic Legacy Machine style instead of the sportier EVO case: platinum with screwed lugs, white lacquered dials, blued hands and a sky blue dial plate. Conical gears tilt the hours and minutes dial towards the wearer, and the manual-winding movement runs for 72 hours.
MB&F calls the LM Sequential a recorder of history, between Büsser, the brand he created and the watchmaker who was there from the beginning.
