SEVENFRIDAY reaches back to its earliest M-series pieces for the M2/05, trading gloss for a gold and green, workshop-worn look.
SEVENFRIDAY today introduces the M2/05, nicknamed “Action Talks.” The name is a blunter rewrite of the brand’s own motto, engraved in full around a rotating disc on the dial.
The 47.6mm steel case carries a bronze PVD animation ring with a bouchonné finish, first made for the 2022 “Whisky” model. A stone-grey dial plate is CNC-cut in seven layers, worn under a dark green calfskin strap with tone-on-tone stitching. The bezel groove is filled with black lacquer, and the crown carries an engraved “M.”
Inside is the automatic MIYOTA 8215, with 40 hours of power reserve. SEVENFRIDAY hides an NFC chip beneath the case-back artwork, so a tap of the phone confirms the watch is real. The M-series began in 2014, drawing on architecture and industrial machinery, and the M2/05 keeps that same unfinished, workshop feel.
