These terms apply when you use prjkt8.com and when you buy from us online. Please read them with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which give the detail on returns, delivery and your personal information.

Who we are

PRJKT8 is a boutique for independent and high-end watches at Moda Mall (Gate 5), Manama, Bahrain. It is run by Mudara Enterprises Co. W.L.L., CR 79259-1, VAT account number 220012845200002. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Mudara Enterprises Co. W.L.L.; “you” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Your order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the piece at the price shown. We send you an email when we receive it. Our agreement with you starts when we confirm your order and take payment.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the piece is no longer available, if a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, or if we cannot confirm the payment or your identity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund your payment in full.

Prices and VAT

Every price is in Bahraini dinars (BHD), and you pay in BHD whichever currency you browse in. Other currencies are shown as a guide only.

For delivery in Bahrain, prices include VAT at 10% where it applies. For delivery outside Bahrain, no Bahraini VAT is charged; import duties and taxes in your country are yours to pay (see our Shipping policy).

Some pieces are shown as “Price on request”. For these, our concierge confirms the price with you before you order.

Prices can change, for example when a maker raises its prices or exchange rates move. The price you pay is the price shown when you order.

Payment

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment methods page. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. For a deposit, a piece shown as Price on request or an order arranged with our concierge, we can send you a payment link or our bank details. Every payment goes to Mudara Enterprises Co. W.L.L., and we send an electronic invoice to the email address you give us.

New releases and orders from the maker

Some pieces are ordered from the maker for you, or reserved before they arrive. Before you pay a deposit, our concierge confirms in writing the amount, what it covers and the expected delivery time. Delivery dates for these pieces depend on the maker.

Delivery

We deliver as set out in our Shipping policy. A piece becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it has been delivered to the address you gave us and paid for in full. We may ask for photo ID when we deliver or when you collect.

Returns

Returns follow our Refund policy. In short: return a piece within 7 calendar days of the date on your receipt, unused and in its original condition and packaging. For an accepted return we offer store credit on selected items, at our discretion; we do not give cash refunds unless we cannot supply the piece you agreed to buy. Limited editions, items bought on sale, gift cards, special orders and orders delivered outside Bahrain are excluded as the policy explains.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so that we can put it right.

Warranty

New watches come with the warranty their maker gives, on the maker’s terms. Pre-owned pieces are inspected in-house and sold as described on their page; ask our concierge whether a maker’s warranty still applies to a particular piece.

About the pieces on the site

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, with specifications from its maker. Colours can look different on different screens, and photographs may show a piece with a different strap or setting. If anything about a piece matters to your decision, ask us before you order.

Using the site

The words, photographs and design on prjkt8.com belong to us or to the makers we work with. You may use the site for your own, non-commercial use; please do not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Your personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute.
