Through the translucent bezel you can make out the structure underneath. Inside, an optical sensor and accelerometer track heart rate, blood oxygen, steps and sleep, with training analysis built on Polar's algorithms and breathing exercises for the cool-down.
Surfers get the tide graph, moon data and sunrise and sunset times through the CASIO WATCHES app. The bio-based carbon and resin case is 44.5 mm wide, 17.3 mm thick and 47 g, water resistant to 200 m, with a high-definition MIP display and solar-assisted charging good for about 1 month, up to 11 months with power saving.
