We chose it because the Kalpa is Parmigiani’s signature shape, and this one has never been on a wrist. The white guilloché dial and the large date keep it classical, the bracelet makes it an everyday watch, and the PF331 inside was the house’s first automatic.PRJKT8
The Kalpa is the shape Parmigiani Fleurier is known for: a tonneau case whose teardrop lugs were drawn to the golden ratio. On its steel bracelet it curves round the wrist like a cuff.
This Kalpa Grande has a white dial with a guilloché centre, delta hands and a large date at 6 o’clock. Inside is the PF331, the first self-winding movement Parmigiani made, with two barrels and about 55 hours of reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback.
It has never been worn. It was kept as new old stock, and it comes with its box and warranty card.
