A small seconds is all the dial asks of you, which leaves room for the hammered Morning Blue gold and, on the back, rose gold bridges guilloché by hand. It is the plainest of the three TORIC Anniversaire watches for Parmigiani Fleurier’s 30 years: hours, minutes and a small seconds, in polished 950 platinum, 40.6 mm by 8.8 mm, with the knurled bezel repeated on the back.
Behind that sapphire back, the hand-wound PF780-AN has 18-carat rose gold bridges guilloché by hand in Clous de Paris and Filet sauté, at 4 Hz with a 60-hour reserve. Water resistant to 30 m, on a pearl grey alligator strap.
