Each hour, the minute hand moves on to two 20-minute scales: 555 km, the distance a point on the equator covers as the Earth turns, and 35,740 km, our trip around the sun in the same time. Felix Baumgartner took the idea from a clock by Gustave Sandoz.
The Iron drops the colour for bare titanium and steel, finished by hand, under a sapphire dome. The self-winding UR 12.02 carries the wandering hours on three satellites, its rotor slowed by a Windfänger airscrew, with 48 hours of reserve.
Limited to 25 pieces, 41 mm wide, on blue Alcantara. This piece comes with its box and papers.
