H. Moser & Cie. introduces the Pioneer Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton Aventurine Saquon Barkley, developed with the American football player and limited to 97 pieces, a tribute to his year of birth.
When Barkley first discovered the H. Moser & Cie. collections, one watch immediately stood out to him: the Pioneer Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton. His edition keeps its fully skeletonised, three-dimensional architecture, and adds an aventurine sub-dial that appears to float above the mechanics like a window onto a star-filled sky.

“What inspires us about Saquon is not only what he achieves on the field. It's everything that comes before it: the unseen hours of training, the discipline, perseverance and humility. Beyond the athlete is an authentic, curious and genuinely inspiring person. It's a philosophy that feels very familiar to us,” says Edouard Meylan, CEO of H. Moser & Cie.
The 42.8mm steel case is water-resistant to 120 metres. Inside, the HMC 811 manufacture calibre is driven by a cylindrical hairspring tourbillon, the hairspring entirely handcrafted by the specialists at Precision Engineering AG. One detail waits for the dark: all the indices feature Super-LumiNova®, but the numerals 2 and 6 glow in a different colour, after Barkley’s number 26.
