Description

Slate is the 2340 for someone who wants the case and the bracelet to do the talking. The lacquered dial is slate blue, greyer and quieter than the Blue.

It is stamped with an oblong pattern and ringed by a white snailed minute track. The diamond-cut, rhodium-plated indexes and the hands carry blue-emission SLN-C1, and the “LE” logo sits on a satin-finished plate at 3 o’clock.

Louis Erard calls the 2340 its first watch with an integrated bracelet; the number is the postcode of its home in Le Noirmont. The case pairs brushed titanium with polished steel, 40 mm wide and 8.95 mm thick, around the automatic Sellita SW300-1 with about 56 hours of power reserve. Water resistant to 50 m.

The five-link bracelet tapers from 28 to 20 mm and is fixed with Torx screws.
