The Royal Oak Offshore Diver keeps its dive timer inside the case. The bezel you would expect to turn on the outside sits under the crystal, set by a crown, so it can't be knocked off your timing.

The rest is the Offshore as people picture it: a broad steel case at 42 mm, a black dial with the larger "Méga Tapisserie" grid, luminous markers and a date. Sapphire covers the front and the back.

Inside is AP's self-winding calibre 3120, with a 60-hour power reserve, visible through the caseback. Water resistant to 30 ATM, so it is a diver that can actually dive.

It comes on a black rubber strap with a steel pin buckle.
