Endeavour Centre Seconds Concept Vantablack®

Vantablack® is made of millions of carbon nanotubes that trap 99.965% of the light reaching them. On a dial, that reads as a hole in the watch, and the hands appear to float over nothing.

Moser leaves out the logo and the indexes, so the only colour is the purple seconds hand sweeping round the void. It is the simplest three-hand layout there is, and surprisingly hard to look away from.

Inside the 40 mm steel case is a special version of the automatic HMC 200. Its blue balance bridge marks the double hairspring: two identical balance springs beating in opposite directions. You can see it through the sapphire caseback. It runs at 3 Hz with a 72-hour power reserve and is water resistant to 30 m.
