Raketa × Avgvst 0316

A square watch with two straps and a choice each morning: yellow or grey, the house colours of Avgvst, the Russian jewellery brand that designed it with Raketa.

The shape comes from mid-century modernist watch sketches in Raketa's archive. Thin black lines rule the warm white dial like a page from a planner or an engineering drawing, a little order for a busy day.

The steel case is 28 × 28 mm and 5.6 mm thick, under sapphire, with 3 ATM water resistance. A quartz movement means no winding.

Both nappa straps change by quick release, without tools, and Avgvst made a double buckle for this model. Wear one colour, or, as in our photos, one of each.
