Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante Gold
Description
The GMT Rattrapante in 18-carat rose gold, with a Milano Blue dial and two hour hands stacked one on the other. Most days they move as one, and the watch reads as a plain Tonda PF.
On a trip, the pusher on the left of the case moves the rose gold local-time hand forward an hour per press, revealing the rhodium-plated home-time hand beneath. The “Back-home” pusher in the crown then sends the rose gold hand straight back over the other, the way a split-seconds hand rejoins its partner.
The PF051 automatic is 4.9 mm thin, wound by a 22-carat rose gold micro-rotor, with 48 hours of reserve at 3 Hz. The case is 40 mm by 10.7 mm, water resistant to 60 m, on a polished and satin-finished rose gold bracelet.
