Special Project One Pavée
Description
This is the SP One with 255 diamonds, 1.608 carats in all, and it still reads first as three circles. The stones follow the case, the amphitheatre flange, the crown and the buckle, and stay off the movement.
Those circles are the open barrel at 10 o’clock, the balance at 2 o’clock and the hours and minutes at 6 o’clock, on a small dial tilted towards you and driven through conical gears. Here the dial is dark blue PVD and the bridges rhodium-finished.
Inside is MB&F’s own SP One calibre: hand-wound, 2.5 Hz, one barrel giving 72 hours. The case is 18-carat white gold, 38 mm across and 12 mm thick, water resistant to 30 m.
