The optical sensor measures your heart rate and blood oxygen level and the accelerometer counts your steps. You can tap into the Polar™ smartwatch library to analyze workouts, track post-sleep recovery, and support breathing exercises.

The high-resolution memory-in-pixel (MIP) LCD ensures an easy read, and USB and solar-assisted charging make sure you’re always ready to go.

The band is made with bio-based resin, a material expected to help reduce environmental impact.
