The watch

Purple isn’t a colour you expect to find inside a watch. Here it covers the whole movement plate, guilloché by Kari Voutilainen, and shows through the grey sapphire dial so the violet sits right behind the time.

Dark grey ruthenium bridges lie over it, the barrel and micro-rotor are coated in rhodium, and faceted polished hands with Super-LumiNova keep the dial clear. The grey nubuck strap brings the colour back in its stitching.

The mechanics are the Gravity Equal Force’s own. Inside the ASB19, a patented Equal Force Barrel with a stop-work declutch gives the balance constant force through the 72-hour reserve, and a micro-rotor keeps the 41 mm steel case at 12.65 mm. Water resistant to 30 m. Limited to 25 pieces.
