We chose it because it is the quietest way to wear platinum we know. From across a room it is a grey Tonda PF; on the wrist the weight gives it away. Case, bracelet and dial are all platinum, and at 7.8 mm it still sits flat. It is a secret you get to keep.PRJKT8
Everything here is 950 platinum: the case, the knurled bezel, the integrated bracelet, its folding clasp and the dial, which is sandblasted rather than guilloché, so it glows instead of sparkling.
The rest stays quiet. Applied indices and skeletonised delta hands in rhodium-plated gold, and a small date at 6 o’clock. You would have to pick it up to know what it is made of.
The automatic PF703 is 3.07 mm thin and winds with a platinum micro-rotor set into the movement, so the 40 mm case comes in at 7.8 mm. 48 hours of reserve, water resistant to 100 m.
