Description

The Rose is the Plissé that Czapek sends out on a steel Milanese mesh bracelet, and pink pleats beside woven steel work better than you would expect.

The dial is brass, stamped with Metalem in Czapek’s registered flinqué “Plissé” pattern, so the pink surface folds like fabric pushed aside by the small seconds at 4:30. Fitting the applied indexes into the contours of the pleats was part of the challenge.

Inside the 38 mm steel case, 10.8 mm thick, is the in-house SXH5.1 with a recycled platinum micro-rotor and a 60-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback. Water resistant to 50 m.

Pink or grey nubuck is the alternative to the bracelet. Limited to 18 pieces.
