The GBX-H5600-2DR brings advanced fitness tracking into the G-LIDE platform for the first time, combining surf-focused functionality with the connected capabilities of a modern performance watch. Equipped with an optical heart-rate sensor, accelerometer, blood oxygen measurement, and training analysis powered by Polar, it extends well beyond traditional G-SHOCK territory.

A translucent blue bezel gives the watch a lighter, more technical character, revealing elements of the underlying construction while maintaining the rugged architecture expected from the collection. The carbon-reinforced bio-based resin case keeps weight to just 47 grams, while the high-definition MIP display delivers exceptional clarity for tide graphs, activity data, and daily timekeeping. Bluetooth connectivity provides access to tide information from over 3,300 surf locations worldwide, complemented by solar-assisted and USB charging for reliable everyday use.
