Smoked Salmon is one of Moser’s best-known dials, and here it comes to the perpetual calendar. The vertical griffé finish brushes it in fine lines, so the fumé moves from copper to warm brown as you tilt it.
The calendar keeps the dial almost bare. The date sits in one large window, a small central hand points to the month using the hour markers, and both can be set forwards or backwards at any time without risk to the movement.
The hand-wound HMC 800 has the calendar built in rather than added as a module, with a power reserve of 168 hours. The case is 42 mm of 18-carat white gold, water resistant to 30 m, on alligator nubuck leather.
