We chose it because it is a serious 600 m diver in a 38 mm case, 12.8 mm thick. The timing scale is a sapphire dial inside the case, turned from the crown at 4 o’clock, and the lume is MING’s first in orange. Black DLC with flashes of orange: the sea urchin it is named after.PRJKT8
The Uni is named after the sea urchin and dressed like one: a black DLC-coated case with flashes of orange. It is also a serious diver, water resistant to 600 m.
Instead of a bezel, the timing scale is a sapphire dial that turns inside the case, set from the crown at 4 o’clock in 60 clicks and usable underwater. It is the first MING with orange Super-LumiNova, and the lume is everywhere: on the dial, inside the top crystal and on the hands.
An automatic Sellita for MING SW300.M1, with skeletonised anthracite bridges and rotor, runs about 50 hours. 38 mm across and 12.8 mm thick, on moulded FKM rubber with a DLC flying-blade tuck buckle.
