Description

The first watch to come out of Moser’s partnership with Alpine Motorsports took its colour from the team: one small domed dial of bright blue synthetic spinel at 12 o’clock, and a blue rubber strap to match.

The rest is movement. The HMC 811 is skeletonised in three dimensions, and its one-minute flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock carries a cylindrical hairspring with double Breguet overcoils, which coils upward like a tiny spring instead of lying flat. The bridges are coated in anthracite and bevelled.

It winds itself through a skeletonised 18K gold rotor and runs for at least 74 hours. The cushion-shaped steel case is 42.3 mm and water resistant to 120 m. Limited to 100 pieces.
