We chose it because it is the Streamliner Tourbillon with nothing to hide. Hold it up and you can see through the movement, with the tourbillon turning at 6 o’clock in the middle of it all. In steel on the integrated bracelet, it is the one you can wear every day without a second thought.PRJKT8
H. Moser & Cie. cut away all the metal the HMC 814 could spare, so this Streamliner has no dial to speak of and light passes straight through to the caseback.
What is left is built in layers: anthracite PVD bridges with diamond-bevelled edges, 5N gold-plated indexes and hands, and a skeletonised gold oscillating weight behind it all. At 6 o’clock the one-minute flying tourbillon, with Moser’s patented double hairspring, seems to hang in the open.
The 40 mm steel case runs into an integrated bracelet. Automatic, with at least 72 hours of power reserve, and Globolight® in the hands for reading the time through the openwork. For a watch that is mostly air, it is water resistant to 120 m.
