Steel is the cooler of the two Rainbow cases, and it leaves the stones to do the talking. A full spectrum of sapphires is invisibly set around the Streamliner, red round to violet, packed so closely that the colours seem to run into each other.
The centre of the watch stays almost empty. H. Moser & Cie. skeletonised the HMC 814 throughout, opening its bridges so light crosses the whole movement, and left the one-minute flying tourbillon to turn on its own, regulated by Moser’s patented double hairspring.
Automatic, with 72 hours of power reserve. The 40 mm steel case runs into an integrated steel bracelet and is water resistant to 120 m, so the rainbow can come swimming.
