We chose it because it is the quietest watch with the loudest detail. From across a room it is a black titanium chronograph; up close, the minute track runs through the rainbow. The Valjoux 7750 inside keeps it a proper tool, and only 99 are made in this colour.PRJKT8

Everything else stays quiet so the colour can work: a black counter at 9 o’clock, matt silver counters at 12 and 6 o’clock with matt black hands, rhodium-plated central hands, and blue Super-LumiNova on the indexes and the hour and minute hands. Day and date sit at 3 o’clock.
Behind the see-through caseback, the automatic ETA Valjoux 7750 gives about 48 hours of power reserve. The case is 44 mm of Grade 5 titanium, water resistant to 50 m. The 2300 name is the postcode of La Chaux-de-Fonds, where Louis Erard began.
