Louis Erard x Konstantin Chaykin Unfrogettable Brown

The Unfrogettable Brown shifts Louis Erard and Konstantin Chaykin’s mechanical character into a warmer, more nocturnal palette. Its horizontal regulator places the rotating hour disc at 9 o’clock and seconds at 3 o’clock, forming a pair of moving eyes around the central arrow-shaped minute hand. A light brown grained base sits beneath dark brown counters and a two-tone dark brown and ochre hour ring. White and light brown transfers add definition, while 5N-plated discs, a matching minute hand and dark brown lacquered pupils bring a controlled metallic warmth. SLN C5 provides green luminescence.

The 40 mm three-part case combines satin-finished and polished Grade 5 titanium with sapphire front and back. A 5N PVD-treated coronet-shaped crown extends the dial’s warm detailing. Inside, the automatic Sellita SW266-1 runs at 4 Hz with approximately 38 hours of power reserve. The black Urushi-finished Himeji Kurozan calfskin strap uses black stitching and lining.
