We chose it because the colours agree with each other. Blued hands on a pale blue frosted dial, satin rhodium rings, and KUDOKE’s infinity hour hand over Clous de Paris at 12 o’clock. On grey calf it is the calmest of the three KUDOKE colours, and the easiest to wear daily. Only 100 were made.PRJKT8
Pale blue and blued steel are a natural pair, and KUDOKE made the most of it: the lower dial is grained light blue, and every hand on it is heat-blued.
The design is KUDOKE’s: satin, rhodium-plated rings frame the minutes and the two counters, and the nameplates sit at 3 o’clock for Louis Erard and 9 o’clock for KUDOKE. At 12 o’clock the hours turn on a Clous de Paris plate inside Roman numerals, read by an infinity-shaped hand.
Inside the 42 mm polished steel case is the automatic Sellita SW266-1 regulator, with about 38 hours of reserve, on view through the back. Water resistant to 50 m, on grey grained calf leather. Limited to 100 pieces.
